Welcome to SkyTechnology. By using our website or engaging with our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern your access to and use of our digital services, including web development, eCommerce setup, digital marketing, business consulting, and sourcing solutions.

Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Scope of Services

SkyTechnology provides a range of digital and business services, including (but not limited to):

  1. eCommerce business development
  2. Website and application development
  3. Digital marketing (PPC, SEO, social media)
  4. Product sourcing and logistics coordination
  5. Business branding and startup consultation
  6. Each service is defined clearly at the time of engagement through a project scope, proposal, or contract.

2. Service Delivery & Satisfaction Guarantee

We commit to delivering the services as outlined in the agreed project scope. If we fail to deliver what we promised in writing (as per scope or invoice), and are unable to rectify it, you are entitled to a full refund of the actual amount paid.

However, if services have been delivered as per the agreement, and the client decides to terminate the project for personal or non-performance-related reasons, no refund will be issued.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of the project, clients must:

  1. Provide all requested materials, content, access, and information in a timely manner
  2. Approve or respond to project updates and deliverables within the agreed timelines
  3. Respect agreed milestones and communication processes
  4. Failure to do so may result in project delays or a pause in the contract.

 4. Revisions & Changes

Each service package includes a specified number of revisions, mentioned in the proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes after final approval may incur additional charges.

5. Payment Terms

  1. All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule (e.g., upfront, milestone based or recurring).
  2. Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and selected digital wallets.
  3. Late payments may result in delayed delivery or temporary suspension of services.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Full Refund is eligible only if SkyTechnology fails to deliver the services as promised, and the client has provided all required input and cooperation.

No Refund will be issued if the client voluntarily terminates the contract, delays the project beyond 30 days or withdraws without documented dissatisfaction.

For ongoing or retainer services (e.g., PPC management, SEO), cancellation must be requested 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, all custom work such as websites, branding, or creative content becomes the client’s property. SkyTechnology retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pre built tools, frameworks or templates used to deliver services may remain the intellectual property of SkyTechnology or third-party providers.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, project details or internal business strategies shared during the engagement. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be signed upon request.

9. Third-Party Services

Some services (e.g., domains, hosting, ad platforms, software tools) may be provided by third-party vendors. SkyTechnology is not liable for outages, performance, or failures caused by third-party platforms but will support clients in resolving such issues to the best of our ability.

10. Limitation of Liability

SkyTechnology is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, including but not limited to loss of revenue, reputation, or data, arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be first attempted to be resolved amicably through written communication. If unresolved, they will be handled under the jurisdiction of the local courts in the country where SkyTechnology is legally registered.

12. Changes to These Terms

SkyTechnology may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
